Role: Local Organiser – part time, 2.5 days a week
Location: South West
Salary: £26,983.38 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. This is the FTE salary. The pro-rated salary for 2.5 days a week will be £13,491.69 (gross) per annum, with an annual fixed sum allowance of £563.50
Length: A fixed term contract for 12 months
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Local Organiser to provide support to the Bath and NE Somerset CLPs. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring effective campaign organisation working towards Elections.
The successful candidate will have experience of being involved in a campaign, knowledge and understanding of the Labour Party organisation at branch, constituency and regional level, ability to use social media particularly for campaigning and ability to work with and lead a wide range of people.
